Partnership types:
There are 2 ways to advertise and display your property on the portal:
1st option: You advertise for free, but the revenue from any successful deal is divided between us,
based on a prior agreement - as an example, 50% to 50% from the total sum (in this case, real estate
is posted without company details on pictures and in the text).
2nd option: Payment up front. All requests from potential clients are received by you directly.
Costs per listings display on the portal:
Your property listings - not more than 10 items - (10 EUR/month) + contact details on your property images (10 EUR/month)
Your property listings - not more than 100 items - (30 EUR/month) + contact details on your property images (20 EUR/month)
Your property listings - more than 100 items - (70 EUR/month) + contact details on your property images (30 EUR/month)
Additional features:
As an agent or reseller of any real estate agency, you can have your own independent site with the possibility of adding your
own property and displaying third party real estate properties for commission. The cost is 100 EUR per year including hosting and
technical support. The site supports 6 languages, allows sales and rental search options, is optimized for mobile gadgets, and all
client requests will be directed to you. You can add and manage property listings from your smartphone (Android or iOS), program on
your PC or the site itself.
